Emily's Block Island Challenge fundraising page
On August 25, I will complete my 4th annual Block Island Challenge: a 20 mile open-ocean SUP paddle from Montauk Point to Block Island harbor. I need your support to impact the lives of the children and teens my community -- one with an extremely unique set of economic and social challenges.
My goal is to raise $3,500 for the outstanding local youth mental health programming and initiatives that Paddlers for Humanity supports year after year including BuildOn, Project Most, the Retreat, Springs School, Bridgehampton School, i-tri, Family Service League and many other worthy recipients.
Please join me as I STAND UP for our youth and for the continued work of these transformative programs -- I truly believe that investing in children and teens is the best way to break the negative cycles of intolerance, addiction, violence and depression plaguing our country.
